I HAVE HAD SOME ISSUE WITH DOING SURVEYS. I HAVE CALLED SPOKE WITH A LADY two WEEKS AGO. ABOUT THE ISSUE AND SHE HAD STATED TO ME IF THE PROBLEMS HAPPENS AGAIN TO CALL BACK WHICH I DID. THE LADY I SPOKE WITH STATED THERE ISN'T ANYTHING SHE COULD DO. I HAVE CALLED ON 07/05/17 I EXPLAIN TO THE LADY ON THE PHONE WITH THE ISSUE THAT I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH SHE HAD STATED THERE IS NOTHING WRONG AT ALL I HAVE ASK TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR SHE SAID I COULD NOT SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR. No. I'm being ignored. Someone hangs up after I've been on the phone for several minutes. Emails have all gone unanswered. My points went from 181 or 182 to 81 or 82. No reason given. No deposit into my VERIFIED Pay Pal account. My account was verified a long time ago, and I have confirmation of that from Pay Pal.
