Orange is the France based telecommunications corporation came into existence on 28 April 1994. The company started business by entering into Mobile phone market of the United Kingdom. After becoming public company in April 1996, the company's shares also got list on the London Stock Exchange and NASDAQ. It was one of the newest companies which entered the FTSE 100, index of top 100 companies which are listed on London Stock Exchange. In 1998, Orange stepped into the cellphone market of Hong Kong and soon after, it got number among the prominent telecommunications companies of the Hong Kong. Subsequently, the company started its services in Belgium and Switzerland. With the coming of 2006, Orange became an autonomous brand of the France Telecom Group and began providing all the manners of services including mobile telephony, fixed line, Internet services, mobile Internet and IP Television. In 2012, the company came with its new service, called Libon, an instant messaging application, used in smartphones.
