I've been a regular and old customer to osn for the last ten years and I've been happy of the service. Recently I changed my payment instead of monthly payments to on advance payment and I paid for one year contract on July 11, 2016 for premier pacakage and I was enjoying watching the movie Chanel's. Tow days back I discover that movie Chanel's including Chanel 1, 2, 4 and extra is not working. I did call and got an answer that it's by mistake they allow me to watch those Chanel's and my contract does not cover movies Chanel's. I have regular customer with osn and my subscription is only for movie Chanel's and how come now and after six months they are telling me something else
