Qbe North America Claims Contact Number and Email Address

RE: CL 565569N The claim listed is for one of my customers. I have not seen this type of rotten claims service from a carrier in decades QBE is a conglomerate mess. All kinds of employees, but no one familiar enough to go to. The company exists in a vacuum I have ONE policy left with QBE and it will none after this latest mess. I am certain this email will bounce around within the vacuum for weeks or months just as the claim has. Disgusting and embarrassing service, but that is what purchases and buyouts generally end up creating.

My name is Steven Avella , I suffered injuries to my hip and back as well as a Inguinial Hernia (left side) while workin for Tumino's Towing Service located at 5419 Tonnelle Ave. North Bergen, NJ 07047. I was operated on for the hernia and the claim was closed on 10/26/2016. Ever since the surgery I have had pain and discomfort that I as told would lessen and get better. It has not, It has gotten progressively worse. I have been to the ER twice and have been to several doctors since. I need to reopen the claim (claim No. 30142354017-0001) My back is getting worse and worse and is giving me much discomfort, I am also experiencing sever pain in my left testicle, and at times it is so sever I can hardly breath or even move or stand, it is often swollen and puffy and is almost always tender and sensitive to the touch. I need to try and find the cause and reason why I am having so much pain and discomfort, and what I can do about it, so I can have some kind of quality of life without suffering from pain of this sort. I called yesterday, but no one has returned my calls as of yet. At this point I would need to re-open above claim? Or start a new claim, and a list of doctors in my area I can see in regard to these injuries. Thank you.
