Dear Ms Natalile Mooney, We acknowledge with many thanks your letter Ref. 271698 dated July 1st 2016 in response to our complaint lodged with your Chairman, Sir Howard J. Davies dated June 6th, 2016. Due to the potential Canada Post labour disruption, we would appreciate communicating either with yourself or Ms Naomi Buckfield via E-mail. In your letter you said that an e-mail was sent to my wife, (linettedesouza@hotmail.com), unfortunately, we did not receive any e-mail, we even checked the Junk-Mail Box and deleted items, no e-mail was received from NatWest. Ms. Mooney, please accept our sincere thanks and appreciation for all your help to answer to our above Complaint. Please respond with your e-mail and questions you want us to answer in order to expedite the closure of our accounts with you. I would be grateful if either of you could respond to our request to communicate with us via E-mail with all your questions which you want us to answer, which will enable you to close our accounts and remit our hard earned money to us at the earliest date. Due to the on-going postal strike as informed in my earlier messages we are unable to print and mail these messages out to you so that you could act. We hope you will respond by return via E-mail as this is the way we want to communicate with you. Again please note that the E-mail you mentioned in your letter dated July 1st 2016 up to this moment has not been received as we explained we checked the Junk Mail Box and deleted items, no e-mail was received from NatWest. Also please note the earlier correspondence addressed to Mr. Jerry Whitsey, Head of Products and Marketing and our response to Ms Caroline Carvalho's letter - we have not received your response to us to date.
