I am deeply hurt by one of the Sevadal member who was managing the new registration. Today(19-11-2016)I visited the hospital with a hope to cure my ageing father who is suffering from frequent urination, neurological disorder and gout disease. My parents and I came from Odisha and were standing in front of the gate from 4:15am. The person who was taking care of the new registration is really doesn't know how to treat a patient. We were in number four, but we had to wait for almost 30mins and meanwhile other number patients were continued their registration. We came with PAN card and that is the big mistake we did as per that person as per him only voter card and Adhar cards are accepted, but in your website ration card, driving license is also mentioned and no where Adhar card is explained. How painful it is when an ageing person with frequent urination which he can not control had to wait for long time even though we were having number four in the line. I called up admin help desk number and he shouted and told why you called here when I explained the whole thing. They called them selves devotee of Sri Satya Sai Bhagvan, but they do not know what is love all serve all. We came from long distance and we have to return with out even getting screening. There is no humanity at all.
