South African Airways Contact number, Address, Customer Service

I purchased two tickets from Accra to Washington DC on Oct. 31st. There was a glitch in the system and the funds were not deleted from my account, but I did receive a confirmation REF LUDRID. The prices went up the next day and no one will honor the original cost stated. Customer service was of no help. They simply continued to connect me with reservations who wanted me to re-buy for a higher cost. Tech said it was my fault because I entered the wrong number. This is obviously not true. The site would have immediately informed me that my card could not be verified. It was simply a glitch in the system.
