Good day,
I was not happy with the way a customer service officer a lady attended to me in your Yola Branch today. I filled a dispute form three weeks ago and gave to the lady which she collected and did not work on it. When I got to the Branch today, she was unable to find the form. The Service Manager was however very professional by apologizing on her behalf, but the lady is too rude. I think you need to call her in order, her attitude is not friendly at all. The Service Manager was able to calm the situation, but I need to be heard. Reason for this complaint. I will appreciate if my dispute can be treated without delay.

On the 10th of January, 2020 I sent by western Union $300. 00 into my sterling bank account. Three weeks later, the fund has not deposited into my account.
