Hi. I have supported your thrift store called Penny Savers on 82nd since inception. Donated everything from a wheelchair to three garbage bags of good clothes three weeks ago. Today, I wanted to buy a very small piece of furniture that seemed to me overpriced. I asked if they could reduce price from $20 TO $15. They refused. I noticed the wood pealing and in need of glue. I again asked since it is in need of repair, could I buy for $15 and buy $5 wood glue. She got mad at me in front of store. This was the so called manager by the way. I left telling them I WOULD NEVER donate to them again. Funny as the shirts I gave were on the rack. Anyways, you find a solution to this problem, as in reality, you are the losers. To lose hundreds in donations for the simple refusal to budge and get mad at me for asking is too much. Awaiting your response.
