August 12, 2018, i was copying mp3 files in my eight terra western digital external hard drive, the electricity fluctuated. When i started copying the files again, my teracopy was experiencing an error. I tried restarting my laptop. The same error was happening. I tried uninstalling teracopy. Now i cannot create new folder in my eight terra western digital external hard drive. But i can create new folder in my desktop and internal hard drive of my laptop. A few days ago, july 28, 2018, i sent an e-mail thru my successful online registration email, because i downloaded a 20+ gig mp3 file the mp3 file was playing smoothly in my internal hard drive. But when i transferred the file to my eight terra external hard drive. My winamp player was experiencing an error. The error was "the server threw an exception. " meaning the file was corrupted in my eight terra and not on my internal hard drive because the mp3 file was playing smoothly in my internal hard drive. Now i tried creating and separating a new folder in my eight terra the mp3 files are now working. But now I am having problem again i cannot create a new folder in my eight terra, but i can create new folder in my laptop. Actually i had one, two and five terra seagate external hard drive i did not have problem with seagate. This is the first time i am experiencing this problem. Anyway i hope to hear a response from you.
