ENMAX Centrium:
ENMAX Centrium is one of the major parts of the Western Park. The ENMAX Centrium has 6706 seats, built in 1991. The ENMAX is two-parts hall, half part of the hall is floor seating, which can hold maximum 6828 people, the another part with 3357 seats which is covered by curtains when not in use.
The Arena of ENMAX is 200 by 85 feet (61 m x 26 m), 17000 square feet (1600 m2). The seating arena is 50000 square feet (4600 m2). Concourse level of ENMAX is 30000 square feet (2800 m2) and height is 52 feet (16 m).
The ENMAX Centrium is the biggest venue in Red Deer. Centrium organize the hockey, motor sports, basketball, circuses, boxing rodeos, ice shows, major curling events, professional wrestling, trade shows and conventions. Many famous artists performed in Centrium, including Snoop Dogg, Elton John, Hilary Duff, Nickelback, Motley Crue, Billy Talent, Bryan Adams and Rush.
