I have dialed 18666616176 for five days. As soon as I dial, the line goes dead. I have tried to e-mail you, but to no avail. I am unable to make International Call because the access number (650-453-1747) to connect always gives me a busy signal. It is both annoying and frustrating. I have been using the sevicre for over five years and this is the second time this has happened.

I am unable to contact the customer service number. I am unable to get connected by dial in numbers. ALL the numbers I am dialing are busy or get disconnected for no reason. Why so? Are we getting ripped off our money?.

I do have money in my account at wqn, but for about two months I can not use it, they customer do not answer and only busy signal, my account is 714-393-0337 the same as my cell.
