Just bought a grey yeti hat with the black synthetic strap and haven't even had it 12hours and the plastic clip on the synthetic strap has already broken This is very disappointing considering your products are supposed to be built to last. I would like someone to contact me and let me know if you stand by your products and if I could get a replacement I have the receipt showing where I purchased the hat today @2:30pm and I didn't even put the hat on until 10pm when I left work Andy Weeks (678)629-0009.

When I registered my cooler I didn't realize I did it wrong until it was to late I put the wrong size down and wanted to no if there was anything I could do to fix it.

I bought a yeti hopper 20, this was a disappointment, the color is so hard to unzip. I only used it once.

I was planning to purchase another yeti cooler this weekend for an upcoming fishing trip in May. After reading that yeti is taking an anti NRA stance, I have decided that I will never again purchase a yeti product. Your "Address Box" did not work.
